What does a smoothie consist of? They are a blend of fruit and vegetables and contain pretty much anything you want. They can consist of any type of fruit ranging from apples to pineapples and from berries to kiwis. Also, any type of vegetable can also be included, from cucumber to avocado and from carrots to broccoli. The right combination will always taste great. Don’t be put off by the unusual combinations that you will come across. Some of the stranger one can taste very good and are very good for you.

Try juicing 2 apples, a half a stick of celery and one or two inches of cucumber. After juicing put into a blender with one avocado (stone and skin removed obviously), a few ice cubes and blend. I’m confident you’ll like the taste. Why not try a bit of broccoli juice also?
